Here is everything that happens, so all you have to arrange is the guest list. ![Guests at a vibrant evening celebration](https://perfectionshoots.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2023%20Global%20Dance%20Festival-114.jpg?width=1600) How It Works Seamless from the first call to the last dance. The 360 is the centerpiece of the night, and it runs entirely on our side. From booking to breakdown, every detail is handled by our team so your guests simply step on and celebrate. The Journey Eight steps, one unforgettable night. 01   The Booking We secure your date and walk you through the experience: the immersive 360 for up to six guests, the bespoke custom booth, or the classic print booth. You choose the one that fits your celebration. 02   The Custom Design Before the event, we design your experience: a custom video overlay with your names or branding, the print template, and a curated prop collection that matches the tone of the night. 03   Arrival and Setup Our attendant arrives well ahead of your guests to build the platform, calibrate the professional lighting, and test every capture. By the time your event begins, everything is ready and waiting. 04   Step Onto the Platform Up to six guests step on together. The platform is engineered for nine hundred pounds, so the whole group can celebrate at once. The arm begins to spin, and the moment becomes a scene. 05   The Slow-Motion Capture A cinematic slow-motion 360 video captures your guests from every angle, the kind of shot no still camera can create. It is dramatic, flattering, and endlessly rewatchable. 06   Instant Sharing Before they even step off the platform, guests receive their clip on their phone, ready to share. The energy spreads through the room, and the line forms itself all night long. 07   Your Live Gallery Every capture flows into a private online gallery. Guests simply scan their face with their phone to find every clip they appear in, so nothing is ever lost in a group text. 08   Seamless Breakdown When the night winds down, our attendant quietly packs everything out. There is nothing for you to manage, return, or clean up. You keep the memories, we handle the rest. Every Experience Includes Nothing to arrange but the guest list. /Dedicated on-site attendant /Unlimited sessions all night long /Custom video overlay and print design /Private online gallery with face-search /Curated prop collection /Delivery, setup, and breakdown The Energy Some moments deserve more than a memory. ![Guests celebrating beside illuminated event signage](https://perfectionshoots.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2023%20Global%20Dance%20Festival-42.jpg?width=760) ![Guests dancing at an evening celebration](https://perfectionshoots.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1940%20Ball%202026%20by%20Perfectionshoots%20Pro%20edited%20(60%20of%20157).jpg?width=760) ![A performance under the lights at a formal event](https://perfectionshoots.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1940%20Ball%202026%20by%20Perfectionshoots%20Pro%20edited%20(104%20of%20157).jpg?width=760) Built for the Room The 360, reimagined.
