Here Is What Happens Next.

From the first brief to final delivery, here is exactly how we produce the visual record of your organization's most consequential day.

The Engagement Timeline
Eight steps, one standard.

The program does not pause for the camera. Everything below exists so that on the day itself, our presence is felt by no one and the record is complete.

01
The Brief

A short intake with the person who owns the outcome. Objectives, audience, the deliverables your communications team actually needs, and the deadline they need them by. We leave with a written scope; you leave with a fixed number.

02
Site Survey and Run-of-Show

We walk the venue before the day: stage sightlines, house light, seating, the order of proceedings, and the two or three moments that cannot be missed. Your run-of-show becomes our shot plan, minute by minute.

03
Credentials and Compliance

Base and campus access, escort requirements, certificates of insurance, NDAs, embargo dates, protocol order of precedence, and release handling. Cleared in advance, in writing, so nothing is negotiated at a checkpoint.

04
Production Lock

Crew assigned by position, not by hope. Shot list, lens plan, lighting for portraits, aerial and second-camera coverage where scope calls for it. A written contingency is agreed in advance for weather, overrun, and the speaker who arrives late.

05
Production Day

We arrive early, dressed for the room, and work quietly. Dual-card capture and redundant backup from the first frame. The program runs exactly as it would if we were not there. That is the entire discipline.

06
Same-Day Selects

Within 24 hours, a set of finished hero frames sized for press, social, and internal announcement. Your news cycle does not wait a fortnight for a gallery, so neither do we.

07
The Full Edit

The complete gallery, culled and graded to a consistent, cinematic finish, delivered in two to three weeks, with the recap film to follow. Names, titles, and event metadata embedded so your archive stays searchable years from now.

08
Delivery, Licensing and Archive

Web and print-resolution sets, clear usage rights for your communications and recruiting teams, and a secure archive we hold for you. Recurring programs move onto an annual retainer with a standing crew.

The Record
What you receive.

Finished, cinematic frames graded to a single standard, sequenced to tell the story of the day from arrival to final honors.
