Part 01

Reserving Your Date

How far in advance should we begin?

As early as your date is known. Weddings are often reserved six to eighteen months ahead, and summer and autumn Saturdays move first. If your moment is closer, start the conversation anyway. We will tell you honestly whether the date is open.

How is a date reserved?

Your date is reserved once your agreement is signed and your retainer is received. The retainer is half of your investment, and from that moment the date is removed from our calendar for every other inquiry. Your balance is always settled before your event, never after delivery.

Can a wedding be paid over time?

Yes. Weddings booked sixty or more days ahead can spread the balance across monthly installments, with the final installment due thirty days before the wedding. The investment stays the same. Only the timing changes.

What if our plans change?

Your date may be moved once, at no cost, to any date within twelve months when you ask at least thirty days ahead, and everything you have paid moves with it. The full cancellation terms are written in plain language in our Terms of Service.

Part 02

Your Collection

What do you create?

Wedding legacy coverage, destination and international wedding cinematography, military ceremony and honors tributes, life milestones and celebrations, embassy and executive productions, university events, aerial cinematography, portraits, and immersive 360 experiences. Each is a collection we shape around the people involved.

Can a collection be tailored?

Always. Add a second visual storyteller, aerial cinematography, an immersive 360 or custom booth, or a live podcast for your guests. Tell us what your day holds and we will build around it.

What is The Legacy Sessions?

A live podcast recorded at your celebration. Our host invites your guests to the table to share stories and wishes, and the conversations become a keepsake you keep. Hosted in English, French, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.

How would you describe your style?

Cinematic and unhurried. Natural light, honest moments, and a quiet presence, so the people in the frame are never performing for us. Emmanuel Jeanmarie, Chief Visual Storyteller, has documented defining moments for embassies, universities, and families since 2009.

Part 03

Beyond Colorado

Do you travel?

Worldwide. Destination and multi-day collections are arranged around your itinerary. Payment is made in three stages: half at signing, a quarter sixty days before, and a quarter fourteen days before.

Part 04

After the Day

How do we receive our frames?

In a private online gallery. Your guests find themselves by scanning their face with a phone, and every frame they appear in surfaces instantly. Fine-art prints are available through the gallery print store.

How do we begin?
